After completing his PhD at Imperial College in London, Ken returned to South Africa to start a career in structural engineering. Ken established Tension Structures in 1993 and as the first company in South Africa to introduce the concept of Tensile Fabric Structures, he single-handly established Tension Structures as a leading Engineering Consultancy. He has 45 years of experience in the Engineering field and is our head design engineer on all projects.

After completing his Engineering degree at UCT, Cape Town, Carlo began his career in the manufacuturing industry. He joined us in 2007 as one of our design engineers and focuses on desiging and project managing all large scale Tensile Fabric Projects.
He has designed, engineered and managed over 30 tensile structure projects.

Trevor established his career in IT and project management and after 13 years in the United Kingdom, returned to South Africa in 2009 to manage Cable System projects, applications and product development.
He also project manages the installations of all tensile structures projects.

Lisa completed her degrees at UCT in the field of Environmental Science. After 4 years of work in project management and business development in London, UK, she returned to Cape Town in 2009. Lisa’s role consists of business management, sales, marketing, distributor management and business development.
